About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Good Cxnt ("we", "us"). You can contact us through the Contact link on this site. By making a preview or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who can use Good Cxnt

You must be 18 or over.

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of an adult (18+) who has given you permission for it to be turned into an AI novelty calendar. Don't upload photos of children, or photos you don't have the right to use.

Don't upload anything unlawful, offensive or sexual, and don't use the service to embarrass, harass or deceive anyone. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules.

What you're getting

Good Cxnt makes AI-generated novelty images that are based on your photo. They're a light-hearted, idealised take: likeness, body, uniform and setting are made up, and results vary. The images aren't real photographs and shouldn't be presented as real.

The free preview is low-resolution. Paid calendars are made to order once you pay.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The price charged is the price shown for the quantity you choose.

Delivery

We post to the address you give at checkout. Shipping options and any costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We'll tell you if there's a delay.

Change of mind

Because each calendar is personalised and made to order, we don't offer refunds just for a change of mind once production has started. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.

If your calendar arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, contact us through the Contact link on this site with photos and we'll fix it.

Your photo and the images

You keep any rights you have in your photo. You give us permission to use it only to make, check, print and deliver your preview and order, and to support you, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

You can use the finished images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Subject to those laws, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.
